In-process quality controller • Okrika, Rivers State

Join our team: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Okrika, Rivers State. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Willing to work rotating and night shifts Your main tasks: • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
