What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages The role involves pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
