Dish pit attendant — Monroe County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Monroe County, Mississippi. Day to day you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
