We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Neosho County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
