Waterproofing applicator • Meeker County, Minnesota

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Meeker County, Minnesota. The job is in lofts and crawl spaces. Day to day you will fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
