Roofing foreman • Gloucester County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Gloucester County, Virginia. On a typical shift you will install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing. You should have: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems 5+ years on the tools preferred.
