Mining dozer operator — City of Richmond

Now hiring: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in City of Richmond, Virginia. The role involves push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes. You should have: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Full-time with occasional weekends.
