Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Piscataquis County, Maine. You will work at a cake shop. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough.
