Gas meter installer — Bourbon County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Bourbon County, Kansas. You will be based in customers' homes and kitchens. On a typical shift you will locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Driving licence for travel between sites • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations $24 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
