Cnc lathe operator • Saint John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Saint John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a job-work machining unit. You should have: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T Day-to-day duties: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
