Marble mason wanted in Argyll and Bute

Vacancy available: we are hiring a marble mason in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. You will be based at a marble and granite workshop. On a typical shift you will work from cutting lists and installation drawings; shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish; seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers. Ideal candidate: • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone Full-time, day shift.
