Natural gas fitter wanted in Bedford County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Bedford County, Tennessee. You will be based at a boiler and appliance service centre. Day-to-day duties: • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply You should have: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
