Join our team: MIG welder (Pennsylvania)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG welder in Pike County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a heavy engineering unit. Your main tasks: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing Requirements: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
