Restaurant steward — Butler County

Now hiring: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Butler County, Iowa. The job is at a beach resort. Your main tasks: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
