Join our team: we are hiring a dozer operator in City of Newport News, Virginia. You will work at a busy earthworks site. The role involves clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily. You should have: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
