Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Your main tasks: • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels Six days a week, one day off.
