Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Day to day you will read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections.
