Collision repair technician — Orange County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Orange County, Virginia. You will work at a busy body shop. Requirements: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Day to day you will mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates.
