Steam press operator — Pratt County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steam press operator in Pratt County, Kansas. You will check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure. What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
