Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Garki, Jigawa State. You will work at a banquet hall. Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₦3,500 per day, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
