Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Rotating shifts.
