Requirements: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines The role involves: • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer £1,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
