Commercial tyre fitter wanted in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commercial tyre fitter in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales. You will work at a car service centre. You will demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine; balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills; remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts; jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands; fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly. Ideal candidate: • Punctual and willing to work weekends • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly • Awareness of workshop health and safety At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
