On a typical shift you will mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections. You should have: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
