Formwork carpenter — Sagadahoc County

Join our team: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Sagadahoc County, Maine. You will be based on a residential tower site. Day to day you will watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs. You should have: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
