Surface coating operator wanted in Essien Udim

Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Essien Udim, Akwa Ibom State. The job is in a busy paint shop. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day-to-day duties: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
