QC technician • Ogu Bolo, Rivers State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a QC technician in Ogu Bolo, Rivers State. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges Ideal candidate: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
