Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Washington County, Georgia. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
