Cook wanted in San Juan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in San Juan County, New Mexico. On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
