Quality checker — Corson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality checker in Corson County, South Dakota. You will be based at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Your main tasks: • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
