Now hiring: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Pipestone County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness Requirements: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
