Restoration bricklayer wanted in Johnson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Johnson County, Georgia. The job is on a scaffolded high-rise site. Day-to-day duties: • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools Pay around $16 per hour, based on your experience.
