Sausage maker wanted in Washburn County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Washburn County, Wisconsin. On the job you will handle: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
