You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements Day to day you will lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers.
