VMC operator — Idaho County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a VMC operator in Idaho County, Idaho. Your main tasks: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance You should have: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits.
