Urgent requirement: industrial sewing operator (Alaska)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Chugach Census Area, Alaska. The role involves: • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges Ideal candidate: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines Rotating shifts.
