Blocklayer — Washington County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a blocklayer in Washington County, Oklahoma. The job is at a residential building site. The role involves: • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish What we are looking for: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage 1+ years on the tools preferred.
