Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service.
