You will rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame. Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
