Canteen cook — Ward County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Ward County, North Dakota. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
