Bread baker wanted in Essien Udim

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Essien Udim, Akwa Ibom State. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them.
