Dough maker — Dorchester County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Dorchester County, South Carolina. Day to day you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Six days a week, one day off.
