Urgent requirement: solar panel installer (Tennessee)

Now hiring: we are hiring a solar panel installer in Tipton County, Tennessee. You will work at a new-build housing development. On the job you will handle: • Lay out panel strings to match the shading and layout plan • Install string inverters, optimisers and rapid shutdown devices • Carry panels and equipment up ladders and scaffolding safely • Run DC cabling from panels to combiner boxes and string inverters • Mount racking rails and mounting brackets on roof trusses or ground-mount frames • Terminate MC4 connectors and check polarity before energizing What we are looking for: • Good head for heights and comfortable on ladders and roofs • Own hand tools, torque wrench and multimeter Full-time, day shift.
