Vertical milling machine operator — Currituck County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Currituck County, North Carolina. The role involves: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm You should have: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
