Head baker • Lawrence County, Pennsylvania

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Lawrence County, Pennsylvania. Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; score the top of loaves before baking. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience.
