Elevator technician — Franklin County

Now hiring: we are hiring an elevator technician in Franklin County, Florida. You will be based at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. Ideal candidate: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota Day to day you will test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; run load and overload tests with test weights; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments.
