Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Erie County, Pennsylvania. The job is on a residential tower site. Day-to-day duties: • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking What we are looking for: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
