Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machinist in Bonneville County, Idaho. You will be based in a small denim manufacturing unit. The role involves: • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality Requirements: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens Rotating shifts.
