We are recruiting: we are hiring a stitching operator in Dawson County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory You will inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $5,750 per project, based on your experience.
