Immediate opening: gas commissioning technician (Montana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Broadwater County, Montana. The job is at a boiler and appliance service centre. Day to day you will set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion Part-time with flexible hours.
